We had an amazing experience at the hotel, especially with the fantastic water park that the kids loved. The food options were plentiful and well-suited for our vegetarian family. The atmosphere felt very safe for our evening strolls, which was a huge plus. On the downside, while everything else was great, I feel there could always be more variety in activities for older kids.
